What is your Cancellation Policy?

Please remember I have a 48 hour cancellation policy.  There is a $50 charge per session for less than a 48 hour cancellation or no show.  There is a $70 charge per group sessions (2+ people), Officiant Services, Meditations, House Blessings or Guest Speaking that requires two or more hours after 6 p.m.  (A secured reservation on Paypal.com is required prior to meeting.)

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so by phone at: 720-270-8161 only.  This cancellation policy is for the courtesy of your Religious Science Practitioner.  If you are scheduled for an appointment, and don’t show, this leaves your Practitioner without the option for another appointment including accruing further expenses.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, with the nature of services and sessions other costs are accrued prior to our sessions.  If deemed necessary a partial refund maybe issue upon agreement of both parties, ( I understand emergency’s come up, you will be required to submit in writing your request for refund).  Refunds will only be issued within the first 60 days of the Date Issued Invoice (per http://www.Paypal.com policies).  All security deposits are non-refundable.  If you’re not satisfied with your services you may donate or give additional sessions to a friend or relative.  No refunds will be made after a session has taken place.  After a gift certificate has been purchased no refunds will be given; however, all gift certificates are transferable.  I will allow an extended time frame up to a year on expired date of certificate for gift certificates to be honored. (Example: gift certificate was dated to expire on July 12, 2013; you would have until July 12, 2014 to use the gift certificate.)
